Vesna Bozic is a »Solicitor in England & Wales« and a »Rechtsanwältin« in Germany. Early on in her career she focused on national and international commercial law and contract negotiations. Ms. Bozic is fluent in German, English, Italian and Croatian. After spending nearly 20 years of her successful legal career in-house in large internationally operating companies, Vesna Bozic has founded vblegal with the vision to enable businesses to benefit from her longstanding in-house experience and her international profile.
Vesna Bozic studied law at the University of Bielefeld and graduated from BBP Law School (London). Ms. Bozic was admitted as »Rechtsanwältin« to the German Bar in 2001 and is enrolled as »Solicitor« with the Law Society of England & Wales since 2008. Prior to founding vblegal, Vesna Bozic worked as in-house legal advisor for organisations such as eBay, Henkel, National Starch & Chemicals (ICI) and Krauss-Maffei in Germany, England and Switzerland. Vesna has also worked as a lawyer for »Studio Legale Nunziante Magrone« in Italy.
